I am an educator and therapist with the honour and privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate the challenges of being a unique human in a complicated world.

I specialize in helping adults (20+) process interpersonal wounds and historical trauma. While my practice is able to address a range of concerns, I am particularly well-suited to work with those who identify as highly sensitive, big/deep feelers, neurodivergent individuals, humans from intersectionally marginalized communities and most specifically the LGBTQIA+ community.
